The Summit invites you to join a global community of leaders and innovators accelerating change across the built environment. Attending organizations wishing to have dedicated exhibition space for the full duration of the Summit, can rent an exhibition booth in the main foyer, where all breaks will take place.

1. Poster exhibition
Double-sided poster boards will be strategically positioned throughout the venue for attendees to view during coffee breaks, lunch, and evening cocktails. All participants, including students, can reserve poster-board space to showcase their activities free of charge. Depending on the number of reservations, the organizers will allocate poster boards either for the entire duration of the Summit, or per day.
- Posters should be size A0 and need to be produced and transported to the venue by the exhibitors. The Summit organizers cannot support poster production.
- Use of poster boards will be free of charge but based on reservation.
- Reservation will take place on a first come first serve basis, but the organizers will endeavor to incorporate as many requests as possible. In case of over-subscription, organizers may reserve the right to assign exhibitors different days.
- Registered participants can reserve poster-exhibition space here.
